Dental College Establishment and Accreditation
NSSS provides advisory services for Establishment of educational institutions like Medical Colleges, Dental Colleges, Paramedical Institutions and Pharmacy colleges and at every stage of the setting up of college, and also provide Technical Advisory Services and Solutions in obtaining approvals and accreditation proposals transparently from National & International Accreditation/ regulatory bodies in all aspects like providing information with regard to last dates for submission of proposals, Scrutiny mock inspection by experts and any other related information for course directions / correction while the project work is in progress.
The Dental Council of India is constituted by an act of parliament ‘The Dentists Act 1948’ (XVI of 1948) with a view to regulate the dental education, dental profession and dental ethics thereto-which came into existence in March, 1949.
The council is financed partly with the application fee from the organizations to apply for permission to set up new Dental College, opening of higher Courses of study and increase of admission capacity in Dental Colleges under section 10A of the Dentists Act, 1948 as amended by the Dentists (Amendment) Act, 1993 and remaining grants and contributions will be from govt. of india / state govts.

Tech-Consultancy:
- Technical Consultancy for starting a new medical College and Hospital as per norms of MCI and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
- Providing list of Instruments / Equipments / Materials, etc.
- Eligibilities and qualifications of Manpower as per MCI norms
- Preparation of Standard Blood Bank Report as per MCI norms
- Preparation of Standard BARC Report for Radio-Diagnosis Department
- Preparation of Medical Records as per MCI norms
- Encouraging the teaching & non-teaching faculty, readiness to MCI Standards.

Construction Management
Service shall be provided in co-ordination with Technical experts and Structural and Architectural Consultants in order to complete quality construction in a manner.
Manpower Management
- Identification of qualified teaching and non-teaching faculty.
- Procedures to publish advertisement as per MCI norms.
- Constitution of Panel expert Committee for selection and recruitment of faculty as per the eligibility of MCI.
Identification of Instruments / Equipment Management
- Equipment / Instruments / Furniture / Materials as per respective Council Norms.
- Providing list of OEM/ dealers / suppliers.
- Inviting Tenders.
- Scrutiny and placing orders after negotiation with the suppliers in the approved budget.
- Ensuring standards and quality of equipment, Instruments etc.
- Arranging of the equipment and Instruments, as per MCI Norms, for inspection purpose.
Hospital Administration and Information System
- Identification of important critical areas.
- Installation of required software.
